We have taken the decision to close our doors, but don’t worry we’re still working.
What does this mean?
We want you to know that we’re absolutely still designing and installing kitchens and doing so in line with all the precautions we need to take to you and our staff safe.
To be able socially distance ourselves we have decided to close our doors to the public, and some members of our team are working from home.
We need to manage the showroom space sensibly and to keep a 2 metre distance between people, so we’ll only have an appointment when it is necessary and we’ll be stepping up the cleaning and doing everything we can to ensure it is a safe place to visit.
Will it delay my design?
Not at all. There’s a lot you can do straight away. Ask for our brochures, measure your room, see our ranges on our website and check our reviews and customer kitchens.
We’ll discuss your project in detail, find out what you’re looking for and design your dream kitchen, and there will of course be the opportunity to come in and see the units up close, managed in safe way.
I’d like a German kitchen, is there a delay?
We haven’t seen any delays on our Schuller or Next125 kitchens. We will only take out a kitchen when we know that all components are available.
How safe is my deposit?
You’re right to ask this in the current climate, and we’re absolutely happy to answer that all money held by JD Kitchens is covered by our membership of KBSA. It also means that your finished kitchen has a six year warranty on the installation. Reassuring in an uncertain world!
So you CAN plan your dream kitchen and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
All we need you to do is measure it for us and draw us a plan (guidance available), and once we’ve shared options and worked on the detail we will design it in full and show you in 3D how it will look.
