We will compile a comprehensive, detailed estimate based on the final, agreed plans.
This will be posted to your home so that you can study it at your leisure.
All of our estimates are free, contain no hidden extras and are valid for 30 days.
Having studied the estimate, although you are under no obligation to proceed, experience has shown us that this is usually not the case!
Should you wish to change any of the specifications at this stage, we will happily re-work the plans and costings accordingly.
Once you have agreed the estimate, a contract will be drawn up confirming all costs and detailing all works to be undertaken.
We require 25% deposit upon order but, as this is fully protected by the KBSA scheme, there is no need for you to worry.
